Need a hand?

Yes — talk to the coach about anything you're working toward and it can draft a full entry (a WOOP, gratitude, a reflection — any of the built-in templates) right in the conversation. You review and edit before anything saves. Try it: open the coach and say “help me draft a WOOP entry.”

The coach runs on a language-model API key. Bring your own (You → Coach & AI → API keys) so your journal stays under your own account and you only pay for what you use — or, during the alpha, use the shared tester key (capped per day) without setting anything up.

Your entries are scoped to your account, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold or used to train models. Every entry has a “visible to coach” control — and making an entry private is permanent, by design. You can also lock the app behind a privacy lock and passkey. Details in the Privacy policy.

Export any time from You → Your data → Export. Deleting your account is self-serve too: You → Account & data → Delete account — a 7-day grace window, then everything purges.

Make sure the photo is well-lit and the writing is roughly horizontal. If it still fails, use Report a bug above — the report carries the technical context we need automatically.

Tap the pre-alpha badge in the top bar → Report a bug. The coach reads your report, may ask a clarifying question, and a person reads every single one.
