Common questions
Do I need my own AI key?
Yes — the coach runs on a language-model API key you provide, so your journal stays under your control and you only pay for what you use. Add it in Settings → Keys.
Is my journal private?
Your entries are scoped to your account, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold or used to train our models. You can also lock the app behind a privacy lock and passkey. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I export or delete my data?
Export from Settings → Export at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us and we'll take care of it.
The handwriting reader isn't working.
Make sure the photo is well-lit and the writing is roughly horizontal. If it still fails, send us the details and we'll look into it.
